What Products does Babyzone sell?
We sell products of all known brands in baby and kids category. We also sell products suitable for moms as well.
Can I shop from outside Ghana?
Unfortunately, we don’t accept orders outside Ghana.

What if an item is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, its status will be indicated thereby letting you know of its unavailability.
How do I know I have successfully placed my order?
Once you complete your payment, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Will I be able to remove items from my order?
Yes, you can. You can remove items from your cart before proceeding to checkout. Once you checkout, items cannot be removed unless your order is canceled.

Yes! You can pay for your order upon delivery.
What secure payment options do you offer?
We accept the following payment methods: Cash on delivery, MTN Mobile Money, AirtelTigo Cash, Vodafone Cash, VISA and Mastercard. All payments are securely processed by Flutterwave, a secure payment processor.

Do you offer free delivery?
We offer free delivery within Accra and Tema on orders above GH¢200.
What are your delivery hours?
Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm
Saturdays and Sundays from 10am to 5pm.
We deliver your orders within 24 hours for customers in Accra and Tema. For customers outside, we deliver within 48 hours.

Can I return my purchase?
Items purchased can be returned if a defect is detected within 48 hours of delivery. Goods must be returned in the same condition as of delivery and will be reviewed within 48 hours of return. If the item(s) are found to be defective then such items will be changed. For more information on returns, read our Delivery & Returns policy.
I received the wrong item. What should I do?

GIFT WRAPPING
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes you can have your items wrapped prior to delivery. Kindly call us on 024 255 6211 immediately after placing your order to arrange for gift wrapping. Please note: gift wrapping comes with a small fee.
PRE-ORDER SERVICE
How does your Pre-order service work?
Our Pre-order service allows you to purchase items that are not available in our inventory but listed on the website. In such cases, we arrange with our Global suppliers to ship the items in, then we deliver to you immediately. To learn more, read about our Pre-order Service.
How long does it take to receive my pre-order items?
